Le6005 will be built on one of the busiest boulevards on the south shore and an important one in Brossard. With a corner lot at an intersection, visibility is far from being an issue. The architectural design is intended to inspire all professionals to show that they also care about their business prosperity and the future as the building design steps out of the standard looks and focuses on a unique concept.
Customizable space can give a tenant the option of renting within a range of a 1000 sq ft to 7,500 sq ft. Knowing what tenants are looking for we have focused on the giving them a space with abundance of natural light. The ceiling heights on the main floor have a clearance of 17’ allowing you to set up a mezzanine to maximize your space. The second floor gives you a clearance of 10’ not including an extra 3’ in the ceiling joists.
One of our objectives is to have something for everyone as we focus on the future. Having the building accessible to all enthusiasts of all sports, the building offers a private space to cleanup before your next business meeting.

Energy Efficiency
The concept of the project was focused on sustainability and efficiency hens why we have chosen to build with a certification of LEED. As the building will be built using the newest technology to help the reduction of pollution and waste. Here are just some of its characteristics;
- Auto shut off lights on the inside of the building.
- Auto-dimming lights for the exterior of the building including the parking.
- We will be using paving stones as well as concrete for the entire parking to avoid heat reflection.
- All Plumbing items that will be installed will be certified Watersense with a reduction of 20% waste
- Additional Insulation to reduce the escape of heat
- At least 30% of the parking spaces will be available with electric charging stations.
